|France’s 4th largest city, Toulouse abounds with beautiful red-brick buildings that have earned it the nickname Pink City. The focal point is Place du Capitole, a large square lined by restaurants and the Capitole building (Town Hall and Opera). The cuisine is also fantastic with the duck and the cassoulet. Don’t miss to see in Toulouse the Canal du Midi belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage, the 10th-century Basilica of Saint Sernin and many old streets.
